MULTATECH is currently providing architectural and mechanical and electrical engineering services for a new, ground up, 6,775 square foot Eye Care Clinic for Dr. John Coble in Greenville, Texas. The new facility will include a large optical display area, reception desk and waiting area, nine exam rooms, five testing rooms, five offices, five single occupant toilet rooms and support areas including a break room laboratory, surgery, and pre-test area. Our greatest hurdle on this project has been the clinic is situated along a state drainage easement, presenting a special design challenge because the location of the FEMA flood plain is so close to the building.
